As first time home buyers my wife and I did not know much about the entire process. We first met Jason at a non business related event and he was very friendly. He took the time to meet initially and find out what our goals were and how he could best help us through the whole process. While we werent initially ready to buy a home he took the time to check in on us without being pushy, and this meant a lot to us. When we were finally ready to seriously look, he walked us through the whole process and took the time to educate us on the details. Even when we ran into some unforeseen issues with the property, he immediately did everything possible to rectify the situation so that we could close on the house. So thankful for Jasons help through the whole process and would highly recommend him to anyone that is looking at buying/selling a home. He was he is so helpful, professional, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience simple and enjoyable for us!

We originally listed our home on Zillow as FSBO. After four weeks and only one low ball offer. We decided to list the property with Jason Mickelson Century 21. Jason was very knowledgeable about the local market. He assured us that he would be able to get an offer above our asking price as FSBO. I was skeptical, but went ahead and listed with him. Our new home would be ready in a couple months. We were getting nervous about having two homes to pay for. After a few open houses, Jason received a full price offer! He worked diligently to make sure all the closing procedures fell into place. We were able to close on our existing house, and or new house on the same day. I would definitely recommend Jason to any one looking to sell their home. Not only was he a great relator, but we have also become friends.
