When our home in Missouri sold, he had set up several houses in a specific area to view on a day we visited Louisiana. Since we were out of state, all the questions we had were met with prompt answers through email, text or a phone call when there was more to say. We put "smooth" negotiation skills, but really I believe it may have been the fault of how things were worded and not necessarily on our side of negotiations. He is professional, kind and courteous.
