Prior to joining Regency Real Estate of Watertown, CT, Jason Malagutti performed as a driving force behind numerous start-up businesses, as well as commercial developments. Jason brings extensive sales experience to the real estate industry from many diverse industries. Propelled by an entrepreneurial spirit and property expertise, he offers specialized skills in networking, and resourcing to establish mutually beneficial business relationships. Jason's background includes intimate knowledge of all facets of the real estate industry. He and his family have been involved in commercial real estate development for over 60 years. With multiple properties still under management, Jason has remained active in the supervision and maintenance of these large-scale properties prior to getting his license. He is also a real estate investor with approximately 25 properties currently under his provision, conducting all aspects of tenant management, as well as routine repairs and preventative maintenance. Jason also rehabilitated several local properties in the Greater Waterbury area. Additionally, he is owner of Jennis Properties, a new home builder in Watertown, CT.
