But what is more important is how Jason stepped up to the plate to resolve issues when our sale turned south! Jason proved to be instrumental in getting our backup offer in place within hours. The failure of our first offer was not between us, as the seller, and our buyer - but instead between our buyer and their buyer which was an out of state transaction totally out of our control and Jasons. Things happen! We get that. So yes, its great when a sale goes smoothly and Jason moves you through the steps with speed and experience. Anybody that knows Jason and has worked with him knows he is experienced and will be hands on throughout the sale of your home. For us we could not have been more fortunate to have Jason represent us as the seller. He had us covered from start to finish ESPECIALLY during the not so smooth parts of the process. We hired Jason LaFlesch as our realtor because he lives in our community, and knows it well and also appeared to really be on top of real estate in the SE Valley. I am SO glad that we did. Not only did he sell our home quickly, but got us the home we wanted. Sure, some of you may be thinking as hot as the market is, anyone can sell a house right now. Sure, that may be somewhat true, but Jason didn't just bring us a buyer. He brought a buyer that was well qualified, willing to work with us on closing date, and willing to lease our house back to us for a short time to make our lives easier!! That made everything so much better for us, so not only did he bring a buyer right away, he brought the RIGHT buyer. Ok, so he sold our house. But, in today's market, to find and get the right house is NO easy task, but Jason got it done!! ZillowVERIFIED Jason is the man, I've used Jason for two different real estate purchases. I was looking for property in Apache junction near the goldfields mountains. Prices were very high at the time but Jason showed me a dozen or two properties, all were more tgen I wanted to pay. Out of the blue one night he texted me with a very recent posting of 1 1/4 acres right in the area I wanted. Less then 6 hours later we put a offer down for asking price and that's all she wrote !!! Jason made the process easy and painless. I would recommend Jason and the rest of his crew to any one that's looking for a painless transaction . Jason also helped my girlfreind purchase her new home. Her process was way more difficult then mine, her new home builder was very difficult to deal with. Jason stepped up and made sure she got the initial deal that was promised to her. Jason is now in the process of selling on of my good friends property and house out there in San tan valley. 3.5 acres with beautiful veiws, ask him about that property.

ZillowVERIFIED We have been trying to sell our custom home intermittently for 2.5 years with other realtors. Three times we had to take it off the market because there were no realistic offers, tired of cleaning up and leaving the home for showings, and agents who wanted us to sell what we felt was much lower for the market. Then we heard about this guy named Jason LaFLesch. Besides having a charming character with high integrity, this guy is competent! Holy smokes Jason sells our home after 1 weekend open house. Some how this guy from his network was able to bring in the top buyers immediately and our custom home was sold for what we wanted! Our neighbors who have also had their home on the market for many months to a few years came knocking on our door that week after seeing the "sold" sign. They asked who our realtor was. The crazy thing was everyone in our neighborhood ended up switching to him and I think he must have sold 4-5 homes in our neighborhood alone that spring, maybe more after we left.
