Review Greg was an outstanding agent to work with. We really appreciated that he gave us buyer recommendations and always cited some trend or publication to qualify that recommendation. It's clear he keeps a sharp eye on the market and the direct feedback we got from him helped us to narrow our search to homes that were both desirable and realistic. During home tours, Greg was an outstanding tour guide, not only being able to point out the home features and remodels, but going above and beyond to identify structural issues, potential signs of erosion and water damage (especially in basements), and provide fairly accurate estimates to future home upgrades or required renovations. In this regard, Greg shows the competence of a home inspector; well beyond what I would expect from an agent. Greg was outstanding during negotiations and has great experience in his industry. His recommendations for offers and counter-offers always came with rationale and an example of a similar situation he working in the past. He helped us get under contract for a home we love at an appropriate price with the most important concessions. Finally, Greg was very responsive and detailed during the offer and closing periods. He always responded same day to answer any questions and always had a game-plan ready and talked us through it until we had no questions. When issues arose with our lender and the VA, Greg was quick to step in and coordinate resolution between the parties when it was apparently intervention was necessary. His promptness and attention to detail made our closing process very smooth. When time comes for us to buy a second home or sell, I will be sure to reach back out to request Greg again!

And he very graciously stepped away, but was so professional about it that when I was having difficulty with the other agent I reached out to him again, and I am so glad that I did. He made all the difference as I was navigating my first time purchase. He answered all of my questions and concerns and was also a voice of reason whenever I got anxious about the outcomes.I just closed on my condo last week and can honestly say, I couldn't have done it without Jordan. Review Jason Kolar is as fine a real estate professional as one could find. Not only was he knowledgeable, professional, and upstanding, but he was honest, understanding, and helpful. He led us through the steps of what we could expect in selling our townhome, he checked in on us on a frequent basis to let us know how things were coming along, and made very specific suggestions to make our house more attractive to potential buyers. For example he recommended that we install furniture for staging. And he was the person that made all the arrangements for it to be done. When we adjusted the asking price, he knew exactly when it should be done. But he never tried to tell us what we must do, he was never dictatorial. He kindly helped us along, so it made our selling experience a positive one. We have absolutely no regrets for engaging Jason as our realtor.

The first time I met him for a house tour, I felt he was a genuine person and decided to continue with him as my agent. He was very punctual and meticulous during the entire home search lasting nearly 2 months, around 50 house tours, 10+ contract bids. He helped me with short listing the right house, negotiate and draft the contract, connect with the right mortgage lender, schedule a home inspection, and so on. We were in the middle of a move from across the United States and they were very proactive in finding homes that met our criteria and budget. They went to the homes and facetimed us so that we could view it, even though we weren't in Colorado.
