ZillowVERIFIEDJason was super supportive throughout the sale of our house. He is very experienced about the process and shares his knowledge freely. He walked us through all the legalities and forms so we were comfortable in our understanding. He advertised on a wide range of platforms and we were able to close escrow just 6 weeks after putting the house on the market. Thank you Jason for your ambition and integrity!

ZillowVERIFIED My brothers and I were referred to Jason by a family friend when we decided to sell my mom's home in San Diego. We could not have asked for a better, more qualified real estate agent. From beginning to end, selling of my mom's home turned out to be flawless experience--all due to Jason's expertise. I honestly don't know what we would have done without his help! If you are looking for an excellent real estate agent--look no further!

ZillowVERIFIED THANK YOU THANK YOU Jason for making the sell of my Mother's home so easy and painless!!! I was having a tough time getting my Mom to step it up a notch to get her place ready to sell and Jason just plunged right in there and got things rolling right away. He got it listed right away by advertising everywhere, and the pictures he takes were phenomenal. Days after it was listed we had 2 great offers for the listing price and a back up offer! The whole transaction went so smooth and fast, I just can't say enough about the whole experience. I would highly recommend Jason for selling or buying a home!!

ZillowVERIFIED Jason recently sat down with our family and assisted us in organizing several properties into a family trust. I was very impressed with the way Jason was able to respond to questions with real world examples. Not only did he offer a range of options and ideas but helped us realize many of the financial accomplishments we have made as a group up to now, which has really given us a boost.Discussing how parents would like their properties to turn into a legacy for generations and navigating heirs different interests can certainly be a challenge in even the most communicative of families. Wherever you and your family are in the process Jason is the right person to work with.

ZillowVERIFIED We highly recommend Jason as a listing agent. We were brand new to the selling side of real estate, and we learned a ton from Jason throughout the process. He was kind, always upbeat, and very informative about how to prepare and what to expect. He was very responsive to our questions and queries and he routinely kept us in the loop on everything going on with our sale. His knowledge about the local Rancho San Diego area is second to none, and his ample experience proved very helpful in us selling the property both quickly and efficiently. Thanks again for everything, Jason!

ZillowVERIFIED We used Jason to sell a house that was essentially a family heirloom. He put in the time and effort to understand its history, which was necessary to answer certain questions, and helped to get it marketable. It sold for much more than we ever hoped for and it wouldn't have happened without his hard work and experience. You won't find an agent who works harder to earn his clients' loyalty!

ZillowVERIFIED I was considering moving to San Diego and was fortunate enough to find Jason as a real estate broker. He took me on a driving tour of San Diego and the surrounding areas. He emailed me information about the areas before my visit as well so that I could hit the ground running. Jason grew up in the San Diego area and knows the ins-and-outs and of San Diego and each of the surrounding suburbs. Highly recommend using Jason's real estate services.

ZillowVERIFIED Jason rocked our sale! Wow...we were in good hands when we placed our house on the market. Almost zero stress. Jason is extremely personable, intelligent, and was totally knowledgeable while handling all aspects of our sale. He knew all the bells and whistles when it came to marketing the home, and he executed the Open House events flawlessly. Thanks to him we had an offer within the first week after hanging the sign! All the in's and out's, inspections, paperwork, DocuSigns, dealing with escrow matters, negotiating repairs and allowances, etc. went very smoothly. He had terrific follow through for all my calls, texts and general questions. He's a fun, always smiling, happy kind of guy! And I love that...he never let's you feel like you're in over your head. We will definitely use Jason for any real estate opportunities again, and HIGHLY recommend him!!

He helped us along every step of the home sale process and made the transition through this difficult process very manageable. Jason is very trustworthy, full of integrity and a man of character. ZillowVERIFIED Jason works super hard! He is very friendly and easy to work with. We were selling an executive home at the top of the local market. Jason held about 5 open houses, kept flyers in the bin, and produced the best home video I've ever seen. When it came down to selecting a buyer, one of the serious contenders was in Washington DC and had only seen the video! It's obvious that Jason truly cares about his clients. Having closed our second transaction with him, we're proud to claim him among our friends. If you need the assistance of a high energy real estate professional, you'll be pleased with the services of Jason Kardos.

ZillowVERIFIED I contacted Jason "cold" to help give me an idea of the value of my home and what it would be worth doing to increase it's value. He gave me far more information than I expected, and was helpful in every way. Although I have decided to not sell my home at this time, he also provided me with critical information about refinancing my condo in La Mesa. I had not been able to re-fi it because the HOA had a lawsuit against the developer. But Jason told me who could still finance it. He was a life-saver and I highly recommend him!

ZillowVERIFIED Jason helped us purchase our home. Through the process of the purchase we went through several major obstacles. Jason always kept us in the loop of where we were in the process. Whenever we had a question or concern we would get a answer or response from Jason within 24 hours. And if he was not able to call or email he would apologize for not getting back to us sooner. Jason is very personable, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. Jason was also able to help us find a tenant when our family had to relocate unexpectedly. We recommend Jason to all our family and friends. Jason also has an extensive network of professionals and businesses that he was able to refer us to when we needed certain types of services. This is the first review we have ever written on any site about a person, business, or item, that is how much we recommend Jason. We are so thankful and blessed to be able to work with Jason.

ZillowVERIFIED We had a complex sale that Jason handled with the upmost skill and responsiveness. The two family owners of the property were a Trust and I handled the Probate side of the Estate, we had legal complications from a third party claim to ownership which resulted in delays. Since Jason also represented the buyer on this sale, that turned out to be invaluable given the delays in escrow resulting from the legal issues. Jason handled all the real estate transaction issues in a very professional manner and went well beyond the services expected to assure both sellers' and the buyer's needs were more than met.

ZillowVERIFIED I enjoyed working with Jason a lot. He is very knowledgeable. When looking at homes he was always pointing out the details; good and bad, that I would not necessarily notice. He was always very easy to get a hold of. It was easy to make appointments with him to see properties. When I made an offer it was well below the asking price, but he was persistent about keeping the dialogue going with the seller until we got to a happy medium. He was very detail oriented about the buying process. He made the escrow process very easy.

ZillowVERIFIED Where do I begin? Jason Kardos is a very kind, patient man. He has been in the business a long time and has developed a loyal following. I've known him many years, but it wasn't until he helped us prepare a rental property for sale, that I saw the true depth of the quality of work he performs. We aren't flippers, so renovating an entire house was a little out of our league. Not for Jason. He was able to give us some pointers on what we should do and where we should not waste our resources and introduced us to some great tradespeople, that helped us along the way.He did a great job of marketing the property and then was a master at staying on top of the transaction, to ensure we closed on time. His communication skills are phenomenal and he is a pleasure to work with!

ZillowVERIFIED Jason went above and beyond what I thought any realtor would ever do. He was very responsive, honest, resourceful and friendly. I was selling the home I grew up in for my Mom, who owned the home for 60 years. My emotions were highly involved in this sale, and Jason was so thoughtful throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great realtor! In addition to being my realtor, I have found a great person and someone I feel I can call my friend!

ZillowVERIFIED Jason did a great job helping us sell my father's house in Jamul after he passed away. While Jason knew the area well and found us a buyer with a good price, Jason went beyond what I would have expected from a realtor and took a personal hand with our project. He calmly listened to our needs and pointed out some things we could do on our budget to raise the price, and then went out to the property to oversee the work and make sure the repairs and upgrades were done properly. In short, Jason made a difficult family matter easy and painless. I'd work with him again if given the opportunity.

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Jason to sell my house was a pleasure from beginning to end. From the first time he contacted me to the completion of the sale, he was very professional, courteous, well-organized, helpful and prompt. He presented to me the various options in detail, and immediately answered my various questions and concerns. He accommodated my need to have the house rented during a period time while it was on the market, orchestrating the tough logistics task with the proper management company. He helped me deal with filling in the many forms or with other issues along the way, often spending time with me on the phone or on email, late nights or weekends, or even when he was on vacation.Closer to end of the process, after we accepted an offer and were moving towards completion of the sale, he organized skillfully the contacts and communications between the various stakeholders, property management, tenants, escrow, buyer's side, etc. and made everything smooth for me till the successful completion of the very complex process.I'd highly recommend Jason to anyone planning a real estate transaction.

ZillowVERIFIED Jason rented to our next door neighbor so I decided to give him a chance to help get our house rented. Jason, knew exactly what to do and rapidly gave us the information we needed to understand and rent our home. Within a few days, he had photos taken, and all the forms filled out and the home was on the market, on the web, and a sign in front of the yard. Within a week we had applicants and the next week we had signed a rental lease with our tenants. Jason guided us through the process and was extremely helpful in answering all my questions. Jason is very energetic and helpful, and I recommend him for any real estate needs.
