It took us a couple of months to find our home but, Jason was very patience with us throughout. Any questions we had he was available to answer via text or email. ZillowVERIFIED I would highly recommend Jason Jernell. He is extremely knowledgeable and educates you in the process of house hunting using his strong background in construction and architecture. His communication and reliability exceeded my expectations by far. Anytime we had a question, he'd get back to us immediately. He pointed out things in houses both good and bad that I would have never thought to be important. He takes his time to get to know what is important in what you are looking for in a house. We used him to sell our property as well, and the house was sold faster than we intended. This is a very professional team and they certainly put you first. I have tried other realtors and no one compares to these two!

ZillowVERIFIED I live in Chicago and was looking to buy a home back in Minnesota. I contacted Team Jernell concerning a house we were interested in. I received a prompt response. I had a realtor in mind when I got back to Minnesota but after talking to Jason and him answering some of my questions we decided to give him a try. We are glad we did! We were in Minnesota for one week to find a home and then had to go back to Chicago. We discussed the area we were looking at and our price range. Not once was I ever "oversold" on a home. Unlike other realtors I have dealt with Team Jernell was not looking for just a paycheck. Team Jernell provided us with up to the minute listings, and almost immediate showings so that we were nearly first in line to review a home. There was absolutely no pressure to buy and they were able to book showings the same or next day with some days seeing as many as 5-8 homes per day. Very knowledgeable about different suburbs, and Jason being a former contractor was able to answer our questions that a regular realtor would not have had knowledge about. Jason was very personable and made us feel that our needs were his first priority even while working with several other clients at the same time. There wasn't one question he could not answer regarding the entire process from looking, buying, closing and after closing follow ups and further support. We ended up finding and buying a home within the six days we were in Minnesota. We certainly could not have done it if it wasn't for all the hard work Jason and his team provided us in such a short time. I would not hesitate to recommend Team Jernell in buying or selling a home. ZillowVERIFIED Amazing, wonderful, and will always recommend to anyone! I always hate to give 5 stars, as it seems to conflating the person(s) being reviewed, but Team Jernell left me no choice... Jason was our main contact, and his knowledge of anything even remotely related to home-buying (even down to botany) was impressive and complete. He also provided us with a network of individuals who were as driven, efficient, and effective as he is, which has helped us immensely, especially after purchasing the home. Responses to texts and emails were rapid, there was never any rpessure to buy, and he was willing to flat-out say that a house was not a correct fit for us, knowing our somewhat picky requirements. Truly, one could not ask for a better pair for finding a home.

Jason stood out to me because he wasnt pushy and chatted with me a lot first to see what our desires in a house were, our price range etc. before sending us viewing suggestions. I got a very good vibe off of him and decided to make him our realtor. My husband and I are very glad we did. Jason showed a very extensive knowledge of different cities, websites we could do research on them to find out more and was very good at explaining all the different steps/legal language of house buying. As well as a vast knowledge of house related topics like repairs and an ability to provide a list of recommended people he trusts to do good honest work if we desired it. We loved the fact we never felt pressured into purchasing a house and both Jason and his wife were very accommodating to our schedules for viewings as well. Overall we would definitely recommend Jason to anyone who is buying or selling a property you wont be disappointed.
