About Jason Jarstfer

I have been a resident of Hardin county for the past 24 years. Before entering the real estate profession, I served 9 years on active duty in the U.S. Army. In 2005, I received a medical discharge from the Army and decided that I would like to remain in the Central Kentucky area and make the real estate industry my career path of choice. Since getting out of the military in 2005, helping people buy and sell Real Estate has been my full time job, and I am extremely passionate about what I do. Jason and Melissa are awesome. We are from California and wanted to purchase an investment property near our daughter in Elizabethtown, KY. We contacted Jason about a house he had listed but it wasnt exactly what we were looking for. Jason went over and beyond to understand what we were looking for. Then helped us find just the right house. I would highly recommend Jason. He is very knowledgeable about the local market, he is very available and responsive, but not pushy. Such lovely people, Daisy especially! My fiance and I were looking for our first home and she was kind, patient and diligent the whole way. Being young and inexperienced home buyers, it was really nice having someone close to our age with a great understanding of what we were looking for and always willing to explain anything that we didn't understand. Jason and Melissa are awesome! These two take customer service to a new level. They have helped me buy and sell several homes over the years and never disappoint. Down to earth to deal with and quite knowledgeable of the market. They sell them fast and get you top dollar. The first house he sold for me sold in 2 days! That was in a not so hot market back then.
