We have worked with first time buyers, first time sellers, investors, luxury, veterans, short sales, foreclosures, any age and any level of financials.

Q: 4. Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?

We recently sold a home for 14% over list price for a couple that was down sizing and retiring. They wanted something smaller and simpler. Besides getting them too dollar things went super smooth and they have become great friends!

Q: 5. How did you get started in Real Estate?

My wife had been part of the financial side of real estate for over ten years. I got to know lots of agents and decided I had just as much to offer my clients. My wife and family was a huge supporter and it turned into a full time career.

I have lived in Anoka County my whole life. I have a team that includes three other agents (one being my sister), a transaction coordinator and my wife who does our admin work. I am a full time realtor, volunteer fire fighter, father and husband. I take selling real estate seriously and also make sure my clients are educated. Never does my team push anything.
