We got very upset and told him we were done looking and staying put. A little later we ran in to this guy Jason Hoenen and just started talking about what each one of us does for a job. He said he sold houses. I looked at my wife and we both had the same thought. We asked for his number and he had s cars which he gave us. A week or so later we called and he knew who we were. We told him our price and location and he worked with us and found us house after house after house for us to go see. The house we ended up buying he worked his magic and knew just what to say to the seller to get the price right where we wanted to be. If you want someone who is going to work hard trying to find you the perfect house for you and your family, look no further. Jason Hoenen is top notch and world class.

We started this process and viewed dozens of homes (all with just me mind you since my husband wasn't available do to work). We narrowed it down two 3 and then we started the process with my husband. By then, it was like talking to a friend not a realtor. Jason gave us honest feed back and realistic expectations. He made the process comfortable not counter-active like how some realtors can make you feel. The gentlemen that helped me (Jason) seemed like he would have dropped anything he was doing to help me out. As of right now I am not looking for a second home I just want to keep my options open, I explained that to him and he did not seemed annoyed like I was wasting his time with a potential dead end sale. He was very helpful with all of my questions(around 17) also seemed very experienced with the area because with every question there was a quick response. If I do end up shopping for a second home in the future I would like to work with Jason and would highly recommend him to my other colleagues.
