ZillowVERIFIEDFrom our first meeting with Jason, all the way through the closing, he was a pleasure to work with and made the whole process seamless. Jason is professional, helpful, very responsive to questions we had and extremely knowledgeable. Jason and his staff did a fabulous job marketing our home, having professional photos taken and a wonderful presence on MLS. It was an amazing experience start to finish. ZillowVERIFIED I really can?t thank you enough for the work, dedication and especially the amount of time you spent in helping me purchase my home. The process was so quick and stress free that if I wasnt holding the keys to my new home right now I wouldnt believe it ever happened. The most effort I did was choosing the home and you did the rest from working with my mortgage company to providing a list of professionals to help in the process. Your knowledge and expertise in the real estate field is exemplary. You were an absolute joy to work with. I would recommend you to my family and friends without reservations.

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Jason Hargrove at SUCCESS! Real Estate exceeded any of our expectations. As a first time home buyers, we were not familiar with the terminology or the best process people to involve. Right away Jason was incredibly friendly and took time to determine what would be a good fit for us. Hes knowledgeable, approachable, personable, endlessly patient, and incredibly generous with his time (including mornings, evenings, and weekends over the course of several months). Jason was willing to meet us at any time to view houses on the market and put together the offer letter within a couple hours of our first meeting. He was very helpful in explaining the entire process and really relieved our stress level even though we were on a very tight time frame. I truly believe his expertise helped tremendously in our house purchase. I highly recommend Jason! Hes awesome.

ZillowVERIFIED Jason was referred to me from a co-worker. Once I got in touch with him, there was no going back..lol.. Prior to becoming a new home owner, I had LOTS of questions. Jason handled each one with the utmost respect and professionalism. Always smiling and never losing his patience... I was/am and always will be extremely happy to have had Jason on my side.... He promised me that it would not end since my purchase. He said he would be there for me and for that, I am GREATFUL.. Thanks Jason

ZillowVERIFIED I really give thinks to the prompt service provided by Mr. Hargrove for the sale of our house and helping land a condo for my younger child at the same time. There was no request made to sell my 4 Unit house in Brockton MA, that he did not address the issue at hand. Mr. Hargrove took time in providing his knowledge for the repair, and services we needed to make our sale and purchase go as smooth as possible. He made us feel that he cared about developing a long-term relationship that means more than just making a sale. I would love to recommend Mr. Hargrove & company to anyone who needs a Real Estate Professional in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED From the beginning our journey to find our home was an ordeal, at least it was until we met Jason. He took us through the process step by step, he was always patient, knowledgeable and very professional. He was never too far out of reach when we needed his advice on something which was always extremely valuable to us. My husband and I referred to him as our God-sent agent because only a higher power could have guided us to him on that day my husband met with him. We could not have asked for a better person to help us through this process and we constantly talk about him with our friends and family, and we will be happy to recommend him to any and every one.

ZillowVERIFIED Jason provided us a very smooth, informative & calming home purchase experience. He is very knowledgable, attentive, understanding & always professional. Mr. Hargrove always responded to each & every one of our questions rather quickly. Most importantly he is a great communicator. Always informing us what was going on & updating us on everything via email, text or phone call. One specific quality Jason has, that we didnt always find with other real estate professionals, is he isnt pushy or hasty. He never hurried us or made us feel like we had to make a decision sooner than we wanted to. He always made himself available for us; even when we wanted to see a home multiple times. And always made us feel like he had our best interest in mind. We highly recommend Mr. Hargrove and hope to again seek his expertise with any future purchases.

ZillowVERIFIED From the first time I was interested in a property Mr. Hargrove was on the case. He took the time to research the property with me and make sure that it was a good fit for what I was looking for. He was very patient as I had plenty of questions and was always jumping from one thing to the next. Jason was flexible and always willing to go anywhere at anytime. He was not only knowledgeable with houses and areas but he just seemed to know everything about everything. There wasnt any question that I couldnt get an answer to. He was on point from start to finish. He was there for my showings, my inspections, walk through and closing. Mr. Hargrove was still assisting me during the closing to help me understand some of the lingo the attorney used. I felt really safe with Mr. Hargrove. I would highly recommend Mr. Hargrove to all my family members and friends. He was great.

ZillowVERIFIED When I was looking to purchase my first home I looked to Jason for help. He got me set up with a few websites and any time I needed to go out and view a home Jason arranged it with no problem and with quick responsiveness. While working with Jason I found it very easy to talk to him about any concerns that I had or any questions and he was very knowledgable. When I found my potential home Jason got us in there to see it right away, and with Jasons help the closing happened very quicky, and went very smoothly.
