He worked diligently with us remotely for months to find the right fit for our needs. He's a property matchmaker! We were unable to fly to Florida to check out the place we ended up buying, so he took us on virtual tours of the community and local areas. He was very knowledgeable of the type of short-term rental property investment we were interested in and was also able to refer us to some reliable contacts to work with in quickly setting everything up (property managers, CPA, contractors, etc.). The sale he performed had some hiccups with stubborn sellers, but he pushed through and negotiated hard for us. He worked with us across multiple time zones and was always responsive.
