I recently had to sell a house with complicated circumstances. I live 80 miles from the house location and I found Jay's information from the reviews online. The house needed a bit of work and there were numerous hurdles that we faced to get it to market and sold. Jay was instrumental to making this happen and he handled so much of the tedious legwork (permits, inspections, contractors) really efficiently and was in constant communication on entire process. Jay really hustled to make it happen and he made the experience so much easier which I truly appreciated. He also negotiated a great price for the house and found the perfect buyer. I couldn't recommend him more!
