We worked with Jason to purchase our home. We were out of the state, and had a lot of moving parts involved on our side, and Jason was extremely accommodating, even down to working with the time zone difference between us. He was very helpful to us as we were not experienced in the process or terminology. He coordinated between a lot of different parties for the closing, including some that were not easy to work with. We were very happy to have found Jason.

Jason was phenomenal to work with, we had very specific needs that needed to be met and he went above and beyond to help meet them. If he didnt know the answer to questions we had he found out the answers and got back to us in a timely matter! Jason helped us find out forever home and it blew out needs/wants out of the water! Highly recommend!!

I was very happy working with Jason Goette. He is willing to go the distance and show you as many houses as you want to look at. He is very knowledgeable and will point out anything he knows or notices about the property you are looking at. I would highly recommend Jason to anyone looking for property in South Dakota. Bob

Amazing help and knowledge of this business and easy to talk to. When trying to get into house before it closed due to no place to go with infant he helped us with getting in by talking with sellers. He also did all the work of letting us know exactly what was going on with it in a good timeframe and very honest guy and straight forward and does not beat around the bush.
