First of all, I dont write reviews often, but the fact that I'm doing this means something. I recently purchased a condo, and I truly believe I wouldnt have been able to get it without Ashley. There were multiple offers on the table, and her knowledge and approachable communication with the sellers agent made all the difference. Beyond negotiating, Ashley went above and beyond by helping me review the HOA documents and understand every detail about the building, drawing from her background as an HOA manager. (Ive spoken with other condo buyers who skipped this step and later regretted it, so I'm especially grateful she guided me through it.) That expertise gave me a lot of confidence in moving forward. If youre considering buying a condo, I cant recommend Ashley highly enough. While my purchase was a condo, I have no doubt shed be just as helpful with a house, and I absolutely plan to work with her again when the time comes.
