ZillowVERIFIED Really bad experience just first initial contact with this guy. First didnt follow instructions on emailing vs calling. Called multiple times and then proceeded to text. Asked for information on a home for sale and He came off very rude and instead of working with me, he made assumption that I was a relator based off my email address which I am not but because the word "real" is in my email he just assumed. Totally not relevant to purchasing the home and he replied he only asked because if i was he wouldnt be making any money by giving information to another relator. So definitely not interested and don't recomment working with someone who is worried about his sale and commission off a sale and not the client being first priority.

Overall we are very satisfied with how he helped us lock down the right home. We are now living in a beautiful neighborhood in a very nice home that we can afford. Jason was there for us every step of the way from explaining paperwork, being available to open the house, to allaying our fears. There were a few things we hoped he could get the sellers to compromise on but their agent Joetta Winters was very intransigent and was always throwing out the fact that one of her clients was an attorney. She actually wasn't even around when the home closed as she was at the beach. But Jason went above and beyond at the last moment to make sure a repair was done to our satisfaction.
