We like to be outdoors and live on a mini farm with donkeys, chickens, dogs, cats, and love to garden.

We have two adult children and a granddaughter who lives in Germany. Our extended family is from the Sewanee TN and Winchester TN areas so we do spend a good amount of time there.

2. What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
When selling your home, preparation and presentation matter just as much as price. Start by partnering with a REALTOR® who knows your local market and can guide you through pricing with accuracy — overpricing can cost you valuable time, while the right strategy will attract more qualified buyers. Invest in making your home shine: thoughtful staging, professional photography, and strong online marketing help create an emotional connection with buyers. With the right plan and trusted guidance, you can sell with confidence and peace of mind.
3. What types of clients have you worked with?
We’ve had the privilege of serving a wide range of clients across Middle Tennessee — from first-time buyers needing extra care and guidance, to families moving up or downsizing, families moving to Tennessee from out of state, and those building or buying new construction homes. We regularly help clients searching for luxury properties, as well as buyers and sellers of homes with land or farm-style living. Many of our clients come back to us for multiple transactions, and we’re honored to serve past clients’ friends and families through referrals. No matter the situation, we approach every client with integrity, patience, and a people-first mindset.
4. Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
We had a couple from California moving to the Franklin TN area a couple years ago who was specifically interseted in Kings Chapel neighborhood but wanted a home fully furnished to make the move easier. I explained that this is not typical for Sellers in TN but we could try. The wife told me she would pray. Lo and behold... a home came up in their price point that was FULLY furnished and perfect for them... even the dishes stayed! This couple is now our friends and the husband is one of our preferred lenders!
Another time we met a guy who had no credit and had never purchased a home. We recommended he speak with a lender and gave him to a lender we knew had a teachers heart and who would help him. Three years later he came back to us and had built his credit score, saved his down payment and was ready to purchase his first home! He came to our client appreciation event and reported that the home is almost paid for now. We love celebrating these kind of stories!
5. How did you get started in Real Estate?
I was in project managment with a telecommunication company and felt my job security was waffling. We prayed and decided that real estate was a great way to get more involved in our community and meet new people. Best decision ever!
