I'm Jason Fox, founder of Fox Real Estate, and I bring more than 20 years of real estate, brokerage, negotiation, and marketing experience to my clients. I work throughout Tucson, Catalina Foothills, Oro Valley, Marana, Dove Mountain, Stone Canyon, and surrounding luxury, golf, and gated communities.

One of my specialties is relocation to Tucson, particularly for people moving from Seattle and the Pacific Northwest. My wife Sarah and I made that move ourselves, so I understand firsthand that relocating is about much more than finding a house. I help clients understand Tucson neighborhoods, lifestyle, desert homeownership, pools, HVAC systems, HOAs, golf communities, and the practical differences that come with living in Southern Arizona.

For sellers, my background in real estate marketing is a major part of my approach. I've spent years working in digital marketing, real estate technology, video, websites, social media, and online search. I believe selling a home requires more than putting it in the MLS and waiting. Pricing, positioning, presentation, exposure, negotiation, and telling the story of the home all matter.

For buyers, my job isn't to sell you a house. It's to help you make a smart decision. Sometimes that means telling you, "I wouldn't buy this one."

My approach is pretty simple: know the market, communicate clearly, give honest advice, negotiate hard when it matters, and never forget whose money is actually on the line.
