We also then requested that we look around the area, once we got to town, just to make sure there wasn't anything better. Im assuming this was a pretty annoying request, but Jay was a trooper. He showed us many other homes but we ended up going with our first pick. He knew everything about the area, and gave us good straight forward advice. He made our first home buying experience very easy. We would definitely recommend him if you want a no "bs" kind of guy.

ZillowVERIFIED Jason was my go-to guy even before the home-buying "adventure" started, since he took great care of my parents and continues to keep in contact with them. My purchasing process was a little bit more complex, and without Jason, I don't think that I would have seen it through to the end. Initially the plan was to go with a VA loan through a private lender, which Jason set up for me straight away, making the process as painless as possible on my end and going up to bat for me against Fannie Mae to get a deal on the property that I now call home, which took about 3 days of back and forth. When we realized it wouldn't pan out because of my short time in service, he gave me the advice to keep on fighting at all costs, which we did. We went through Navy Federal, whose awful communication made me realize really quickly how spoiled I was by the private lender. Jason kept on them, and made sure that nothing slipped through the cracks. We spoke several times a week over the course of the search and purchase process, and there was not a single time, even after hours, when he wasn't there for me, whether it was for advice or information. I trusted his advice because I knew he would not steer me wrong or take the easy way out. There were times during viewing where he walked into a house ahead of me, turned around immediately, locked the door and apologized for wasting my time. If it hadn't been for Jason, I would probably not have gone through with the process after the first hitch in the road, or would have gotten saddled with a terrible property at an outrageous price. If you need someone that will tell you the situation straight with no gimmicks, won't stop until you've got what you're looking for, and go up to bat for you before you even realize you need it, Jason is your guy. Also, Jason, if you're reading this come get your Crystal Pepsi. You know where I live.

ZillowVERIFIED I have bought and sold a lot of houses and with out a doubt, Jason Engle is the most responsive, attentive real estate agent I have ever worked with. He is the ONLY agent who has actually listened to what we said and showed us only the houses he knew we would like. He never wasted our time showing us houses that he was trying to sell (unless they fit our criteria). He would return calls within hours and went way above and beyond what I ever would have expected. And I have no doubt that we wouldn't be in the house we are in now, if it weren't for him. He alerted us the day this house went on the market, knowing we would be interested in it.
