Having been a lifelong resident of Rice Lake in Barron County, I know every neighborhood and every street. I've been a licensed real estate agent since 1992 and a licensed real estate broker since 1999. I became the Broker/Owner of RE/MAX Advantage in April of 2004. I recently sold my office in October of 2020 and became a Broker Associate with Keller Williams Realty Diversified in the same location at 1810 S. Main Street in Rice Lake. While my office is located in Rice Lake, I serve all of Barron County and parts of Washburn, Sawyer and Rusk Counties.

I have extensive appraisal experience as I previously owned my own appraisal company and held a WI Certified Appraisers Credential. I currently hold the following real estate designations: ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) and SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist). I pride myself on going above and beyond for my clients and I've closed well over 1,500 transactions in my 29 years as a Realtor. I was the agent with the highest sales transactions in Barron County from 2003 to 2017. I'm also the agent with the highest amount of transactions in the Rice Lake zip code from 2000 to present with well over 1,000 transactions in Rice Lake alone.
