I do not recommend Jason Daniels. He charged me fees that were non contractual. He doesnt respond or communicate in a timely manner. We had a very bad experience with him.

We have been fans of Jason Daniels and his staff since selling our former model home a few years ago. Within a day of posting, we had a fair offer for both seller and buyer. Our satisfaction turned to concern when a few days later the appraiser valued the home well under the listing price and buyer offer. Jason and his staff recognized that the appraiser had not correctly valued the homes many upgrades. A few weeks later, after much effort and additional appraisals, Jason helped us to secure the homes correct value. We sold for the original offer, making us and the buyers happy. During the stressful couple weeks after the initial appraisal, Jason and team offered tremendous support and confidence that the home was valued correctly and that it would work out. It did, and we have been fans ever since! We recommended Jason a short time later to our daughter, who bought a home through his team. You cannot go wrong choosing Jason Daniels as your partner in real estate.

We were planning on buying a house and went through the first few steps of the process, to a point where we found a realtor. We worked with Brian Russell at ReMax. We were moving from out of town, and had decided to fly out last minute for a week. He found time to fit us into his schedule and show multiple houses over the course of a few days. We were talking with him for a few months prior to see what we were looking for so that we could maximize the use of time.We ended up deciding not to buy, but not because of anything that Brian nor ReMax did - it just wasn't the right time for us (and yes, I know what everyone says - "it's always the right time to buy!" But for us, it just wasn't). When we had figured it out and told him, he was very accommodating and helpful. It wasn't an easy decision for us to make, especially starting the process intending to buy, however he was supportive of our decision and how we came to it. We were very grateful!

Brian was so patient and considerate of our needs. We were moving from out of state, had no experience of the area, and he didn't let us down! When we walked through houses he was honest and thought about things/concerns like he would for his own family. A great realtor and a great company!
