We met Ian when looking for a rental in downtown Huntington Beach. He is intelligent, eager, and very knowledgeable about the area as a native himself. After securing a rental through him, we also listed my fiance's house for sale with him because of our positive experience. It was a probate sale and very, very difficult and prolonged with the court.
