ZillowVERIFIED We trusted Jason, and his "team" for our home purchase. This was our first home buying experience and he assured us that he and his team would help us. We found a house that we wanted to purchase, and viewed it several times. I requested that Jason put a bid on that house. He declined even attempting to place the bid, or sending an email, on that house. It still remains on the market, unsold, and the price is $120,000 less than it was listed for orignally. He stated "They will never go below that price, so it isn't worth my time". So we found another home. The home we currently own. Jason scheduled the final walk through and when we arrived, the current owners were still on the property in the process of moving out. Jason assured us "everything is fine, lets do the walk through, and get the paper work finished". When we received the keys to our new home, the previous owner had removed the water softener/purification system, reverse osmosis device, left our refrigerator disconnected, removed all of the shelving for the pantry, removed all structures from the mud room, removed the retractable outdoor awning from the side of the home, and several other smaller items. When I contacted Jason about this, he informed me that there was nothing that could be done. On the contrary, the Real Estate agent is able to put into the contract a sum of monies to be withheld in case the previous owners remove items that were attached to the home. Jason did not even suggest this. He left us high an dry. We now have a debt of over $10,000 repaying the "stolen" items and Jason has nothing to say about it... other than "tough luck". This guy is bogus!!!!!

He worked hard to find buyers and got us under contract in just a few weeks at a great price during a challenging market. Once under contract, the inspection revealed the need for a new roof among other repairs, and Jasons negotiation skills shined in getting us a deal that we were very pleased with, given the circumstances. From there, he professionally handled the remaining tasks through closing, even as surprise repair requests and other obstacles came up. We did exactly as he advised and Ryan produced an offer for us after only 4 hours of open-housing the first full day we were on the market. Alyssa and the rest of the Crittenden Team did an amazing job behind the scenes and we closed 32 days after the listing was opened. This, at a time when four other sellers with very similar houses within two blocks of us sat on the market for 45+ days and have either removed their listing or reduced their prices and are still sitting on the market. One listing reduced by $90k and failed to sell. Another listing reduced by $45k and is still on the market. Two others have given up.Ryan and the team he works with are unbelievably solid and will get results for you if you follow their expert advice. Good luck!!!

In the current market it felt like we were looking for the proverbial needle in a haystack. After many offers and getting beat out we found a place. Only to have crazy things happen on our final walk-through. Imagine being the real estate agent set to have your clients come in and you see all the kitchen appliance are gone - yeah, Jason got to experience that. He immediately went to work to correct the issue and greeted us at the gate with a smile on his face. Communication is key in buying and selling property and Jason and his team have stellar communication. Jason and his team handle long drawn out purchases like champs. Jason and his team are amazing. I would recommend him a million times over.
