ZillowVERIFIED Jason was an absolute pleasure to engage. We moved from a $1.2M home to a mountain home - Jason was the primary agent in a difficult dual agent role. Jason treated my wife and I fairly, while advancing the cause of his sellers as well. Jason was kind and caring, and did everything he could to get us our home within a realistic budget. He was more than a sales person, he is very likeable and became a friend through th process. We came to the area trying to use a buying agent, and while everyone was very friendly, due to a hot market, they didnt seem to care about us finding a home in my home state. Jason cared and got us throught the process unscathed. Great guy. Due to dual agency, we could not comment on negotiation, but the rest 5 stars for sure!

ZillowVERIFIED If you are interested in selling your home and it is a vacation rental home, DO NOT choose Jason and his team to represent you. They have NO KNOWLEDGE of processing a transaction with rental history. No guidance was provided once the contract was signed and the NC Due Diligence period ended. In fact two emails we sent to closing attorney asking for guidance after closing related to the vacation rentals, the office responded with we have concluded the closing, no further assistance will be provided unless there is compensation. I will tell you Jason was all about communication UNTIL he got my listing, calling once a day for weeks. After that his responses of I will call you right back went without calls at all. His Operations Manager, Valerie, is the rudest most condescending person I have ever met. She is 100% for the buyer even though we as sellers hired them and paid them a handsome commission to handle the transaction. She was bothered by us when we had simple infrequent questions, went days without responding and answers her phone as Hello. In summary a very unprofessional, aggravating and poor experience. I would recommend choosing another realtor especially if your transaction involves a rental property.

We had no problems entrusting Jason with the house, since my father (owner) had to move to California. The communication was transparent and open. We used in-house applications, text and emails to get the information that was needed, documents sent/signed, and negotiations. Whenever we had any concerns or questions, the team was ready to answer immediately. The market had been extremely volatile during the time it had been on the market, but Jason never pressured us into doing something we werent comfortable with. Everything was done on our time and consent. For that we are grateful.

After signing up with them our house was professionally photographed and online in a matter of days. We were under contract to sell in less than 2 months.
