Although he comes across as someone low key, this realtor is really quite smoothly aggressive in a subtle professional way. He knows his stuff frontwards and backwards. When we were presented with an issue, he immediately came up with a solution or was working on a solution that was what we wanted. Not the other way around. Once you have Brian as a realtor, you will not want another one for life. We also have another home down state that we are trying to sell. We really, really wanted Brian to sell it for us, but he is not in that area. He did recommend someone else to us. However, it will be hard to find someone as wonderful, knowledgeable and professional and smoothly aggressive as Brian. If you are looking for a home, to sell a home or even any other kind of realty transaction, look no further. We would buy and sell another 50 homes from him if we needed to. Simply put, Brian is your realtor for life.
