We found our home during the peak of the market boom and missed out on a number of houses prior in bidding wars. This didnt deter Jason and we eventually found our house and closed without much of a hiccup! Jason also helped us sell our condo during this time. Getting these both done at the same time was a lot on all of us. When we sat down to discuss the selling process, Jason was very honest and thorough. We decided to list higher than the price Jason recommended and we sat stark on the market. Jason then implored us to drop the price very quickly, and thankfully we did! We were able to get back to our ideal asking price, and this was all thanks to him. When we were finally ready to go, Jason did whatever was needed to be done to get us on the market and get it sold quickly. For example, he assisted us in getting a service to do a final removal of unwanted items, a cleaning crew to make the property presentable and followed up on the fire inspection. I found him to be very straightforward and to the point, which I feel is very hard to find. Pros and cons of listing decisions were discussed. Throughout both processes, Jason was quite responsive to any emails or phone messages I left. He would even touch base just to check in (be it during the listing, under contract or after I moved into the rental). If you are looking for a realtor that will only contact you to sign the contract to list and then the week before the listing expires, Jason is NOT your man. I highly recommend Jason.

When we approached Jason, he calmed us down and made sure we knew what we needed to do and when, all while being very friendly and approachable. Throughout our year long search, he stayed patient with us (which I know couldn't have been easy) and me and my wife could tell that he was fighting for us in every negotiation.The part we were most surprised with was just how quickly he would respond to our questions. We could find a listing we liked in the morning and he would often have a showing lined up that night. He always got back to us in minutes, even when he was away for the weekend (I specifically remember him working to get an offer accepted while driving up to a vacation one weekend).Buying a home was a stressful process, but if I ever had to do it again, I would call Jason back in a heartbeat.
