We were searching for a house and working with local agents for over a year before we found Jason. Jason was the most responsive and down to earth agent we came in contact with. We found our home during the peak of the market boom and missed out on a number of houses prior in bidding wars. This didnt deter Jason and we eventually found our house and closed without much of a hiccup! Jason also helped us sell our condo during this time. Getting these both done at the same time was a lot on all of us. When we sat down to discuss the selling process, Jason was very honest and thorough. We decided to list higher than the price Jason recommended and we sat stark on the market. Jason then implored us to drop the price very quickly, and thankfully we did! We were able to get back to our ideal asking price, and this was all thanks to him.
