ZillowVERIFIEDJoseph was great to work with! My wife and I were looking to buy our first house for our growing family, and Joseph knew exactly how to help us. We were searching out-of-state, and were not very familiar with the area, so Joseph gave us a detailed guide to the different regions in the Phoenix-Mesa area that included things that we would care about, like the relative safety of each area, general price points, driving distances to various places, etc. When we settled on an area and a type of house that we wanted to search for, he went right to work looking for houses and deals that we might like. He was always very respectful and never pushy. When we did or didnt like a house, he took our feedback as to why/why not and took that into account when searching for more deals. Since we were out-of-state, he did virtual showings for us, which were very helpful. When he found us a house that we wanted, he negotiated a very good deal for us and we signed it right away! We are very happy with our house and with Josephs services during the whole journey!

She was very mindful and respectful of my time, work, constraints, as well as being very attentive to the needs of me, and my family. She made me, and my wife feel very comfortable, and then even took time out to ask about children, as well as things that they would be seeking in a home. Perhaps due to her Midwestern up bringing or just who she is, but she feels very trustworthy, and dedicated to making us happy more, so than making her sell on a particular home. Lastly, myself being a veteran for 9+ years, and the United States Army, she was very respectful, candid and supportive of our military, and its veterans. I would and do intend to complete my home purchase through her, when the correct home is available to be sold.
