ZillowVERIFIEDWe almost used Jason and his team to sell our house, but decided to not to. We ended up selling our house for well above asking and for almost $20k more than Jason said he would list it as our agent. After successfully selling our house using another service, Jason sent us a bitter text about our choice to not use him. Its your choice, but know that when you work with Jason, hes spending his time bitterly texting his almost-clients and working for his own ego instead of maximizing your value. He talks sweet, but isnt nice.

ZillowVERIFIEDLisa and her team were excellent from start to finish. She knew the neighborhood and the Athens area and advised us well while also listening to our concerns. After taking wonderful photos and creating a very welcoming advertisement her team got it on the market. After two days we had five offers and three were over asking price. Lisa worked with two of the potential buyers to quickly get a closing. Her closing staff were very helpful and it all went smoothly even though we were at a remote location.
