The journey was long but well worth it!! Sometimes, you can't overthink things and have to make important decisions by trusting your gut. This is how we chose Jason & Laura. Didn't interview others, and really didn't feel the need to after a few interactions professionally and socially. We just had THAT feeling. They are pillars of the LCF community so any house-buyer can have the confidence and peace of mind that experienced and high character people are on their side. They were vigilant and patient with us for 2 years and in November 2023, Jason & Laura came through in spades! An off-market home on a location we had been eyeing ever since moving to LCF. The Berns team recently helped me sell my home at a good price despite several unforeseeable issues. Their diligence in providing the best service to their clients and their maturity in handling challenges were quite impressive. We initially believed that our case was straightforward due to the property's good location and condition, along with the Berns team's excellent staging. However, we encountered unexpected setbacks, such as the surprising personal reasons that led the first buyer to walk away at the last minute, as well as the prolonged rainy seasons in California. Throughout the entire process, the Berns team consistently provided me with reasonable suggestions in a confident manner. In my opinion, these attributes are truly valuable in real estate agents. While most agents can handle common cases effectively, it is when we encounter surprises that their true capabilities are tested. I will choose the Berns team again in the future.

aEURoeIts Better With BernsaEUR? and it is not just a catchy phrase. It DEFINITELY is better with Jason and Laura Berns!! My parents house in San Marino sold during their 6 Day Blitz with no contingencies and over 18% asking price. So what is the Berns difference, you ask? Their professionalism stands out in so many ways. Jason and Laura freely gave advises as to how to best prepare the house for sale. By the way, their recommendations were spot on. They set up appointments with vendors to come and give quotes for painting and refinishing floors. Anything that I could use assistance in, they were willing to help before we even decided on having them represent us.Ive had special requests in accommodating my aging parents and they went out of their way to do so. They are great listeners and they understand that there is an emotional attachment to a family home.Jason, Laura and their team led us step by step during the entire process taking much of the stress away from us. At the same time they welcomed all my inputs and I had many. Laura gave me updates during the open house and I really appreciated that. She even played soft music in the house during open house creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Every thing they did had a professional and a personal touch.Jason and Laura are great agents and they are genuinely good hearted people with integrity. From conversing with the vendors, inspectors and cleaners, Ive learned that Laura and Jason are quick to lend a hand to the needy and they donate generously to good causes.
