We found that the Berardino Agency presently a much better presentation of our home in terms of its description and photos. They made some suggestions on what we could do regarding presentation and we had more showings in a few days than what we had with the prior agency. despite a somewhat adverse market in Connecticut, we were pleased to receive a full "asking price" for our home in 4 days. they provided us with feedback after each showing and with the offer that we received, they provided us with valuable input regarding the prospective sale.
