Jason was great to work with. He is a straight shooter and wants to make sure you find the right home. He is not going to try and convince you to purchase something that you are not loving. With that said he will continue to look for as long as it takes until he has found the home for you. Jason does not have a hidden agenda and wants to make sure that when he sees you at the little league field, he can look you in the eye and know he did right by you. I have nothing bad to say about my experience.

Jason was awesome! This was our first experience at buying a house and he eased our worries the whole time. It didn't matter if I called him late at night or first thing in the morning, he was very responsive. He even shoveled my driveway the day before we closed on our house because of a bad snow storm

I made an inquiry on realty site for a property and was contacted by Jason Becvar. I don't recall if our next interaction was by phone or email but he also sent me a link with 5 homes. One of which is the home I purchased. Jason was very good about setting times to see homes that worked for my schedule, which is odd at best. Jason was very patient with my many questions and being support during a few glitches. Jason is very knowledgeable but will admit if he doesn't know something and quickly gets the answers. I would very highly recommend Jason, as your Realtor of choice. I would use his services again at any time!

Looking at houses with Jason was like looking at houses with my friend. He would be serching for me with my best interest/ needs / wants in mind. He is the one the found my perfect home in now in and cannot be happier with my experience with him. He still checks in and I still ask him questions- some questions a realtor doesn't need to know but he will be honest he doesn't know the answer but I would have an answer with in hours.
