Jason is amazing! He was so patient and understanding while working with us. Due to the insane market, we found it easier to build a house. Jason helped us every step of the way. He happily fielded phone calls, texts and emails all hours of the day and night. Since we were from out of town, he even went to the lot in which we were interested, and face timed my husband and I so we could see the place!! He was our eyes and ears while we were 300 miles away. To say he went above and beyond for us is an understatement. Hes more than just a realtor. He was (and still is) our advocate with the builders real estate agent, helped us with the mortgage process and insurance agencies. Hes recommended restaurants, places to go (and places not to go) and been an overall great source of all things Central PA. We cannot say enough good things about Jason aEUR" hard working, eager, patient and just an overall incredible realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED Jason did a wonderful job in finding us a house, even though we lived out of state. He did several very comprehensive video tours which gave us a good idea of what a house was really like. This saved us a lot of time. When we came down to look at houses, he was knowledgeable and very easy to work with. He helped us find a home in the neighborhood that we wanted and negotiations went very smoothly. He recommended a home inspector, a mortgage company and someone to help with a few projects for our new home that we have been very pleased with. We are very happy to have found him. This is the 5th house we've bought and the best experience we've had with an agent.

ZillowVERIFIED We've been looking at close to a dozen houses since Jan. 2016 - Jan. 2017, and haven't heard any complaints. Goes totally out of his way. Drove to the township sat down and paged through a box full of new FEMA Flood Maps to determine flood zones. We discovered that one house was in the worst flood zone possible, but it wasn't disclosed in the listing! Jason continues to deliver more than we'd ever expect out of a realtor. Thank-you Jason!
