Jason is one of those rare agents who will tell you the truth, even if you dont like it. My wife and I had been trying, unsuccessfully, to sell our house for the previous three years. At the recommendation of another agent I trust, I called Jason. He explained his methods and gave us a sense that he had it all under control. When we were ready, he told us exactly what we needed to do to get the house sold. Jason conducted a detailed analysis, that showed us what our house would sell at. He said we could list it at the high price we wanted, but if we wanted to sell, he showed us the correct price point. He was right, the house sold in two days for more than our asking price! As for buying, we had some last-minute changes that forced us to buy in the Missoula area. Jason and his team stepped in and found what we needed. The Rise Realty Team has all the contacts needed for repairs, inspections, etc. In two months, we were able to sell our house in Lolo and purchase a new house in Frenchtown.
