It was a complex transaction with a difficult buyer but Christine and Jason got the job done seamlessly. We didnt realize we would need a realtor any time soon after that but fast forward to September 2023 and we decided to sell our Townhome knowing that it was a difficult economy to sell in. We called Christine and Jason and they assured us that they would sell our place prior to the completion of our new home. Again, they completed the task and we closed the sale in January 2024. They then advised us from the start as to what to expect from potential buyers and how to make our home buyer ready. We had potential buyers from the very beginning and to our surprise we received a firm bid by the second day higher than our asking price. We are retired and travel extensively, so this was absolutely perfect for us. Our actual time residing in the home was, at best, for accumulated time of a couple of years. We thought when it would be time to sell, the house would sell fast, but to our surprise after two years it remained unsold. Uprooting our family during quarantine this past spring was extremely stressful and, honestly, I dont know if we could have done it without them.
