ZillowVERIFIED This is the second time I have used Jason at MarketSold Realty and the second time I am beyond pleased with my experience. The first time I used Jason in 2017 he sold the house in 9 days, and this time it only took 5! I had a specific house in mind to buy before putting my home for sale both times and was able to get the home I wanted each time as well. Jason is professional, honest, and works extremely hard for his clients! I couldnt recommend anyone higher than I would Jason. He is there for you every step of the way no matter what and works hard for you to get the deal you are looking for without putting any pressure on you whatsoever. If you are looking to buy or sell, Jason is the first and only person I call and you should do the same.

ZillowVERIFIED The agent I spoke with was VERY high pressure. He exploited the story of a local murder & told me that because of it, I was now required, by law, to obtain a mortgage pre-approval before he could show us any homes. (I will add that he didn't say that right away. It was only after several minutes of him trying to convince me to get pre-approved & me explaining why we weren't doing that when he came up with the "new law") I contacted an agent with another company who laughed & assured me there was no such law. When I confronted the agent about his lie, he claimed to have no idea what I was talking about. Because of all this, the house we were interested in sold before we could see it. It was only on the market for a few days!
