Jason and Kristen are both powerhouses in their own right. We met them when we bought our first home in Portland back in 2016, and then when it came time to make a move to a bigger place, we had no question in our minds who wed be working with. Jason and Kristen, aside from being outstanding realtors and fantastic at their jobs, theyre truly ALL-AROUND FANTASTIC people. When you have the passion, charisma and love that this couple has, youll be successful wherever you go. Plug this dynamic duo (and supporting cast) into the sale or purchase of your new home, and youll be good-to-go! I could brag and go on and on, but the proof is in the pudding for us, yall. Jason can flat out hustle and move quicker than most people, and thats usually before most have had their first cup of coffee in the AM. He also rips on a surfboard. Kristen is the Yin to his Yang (haha) and is truly a wonderful woman. My wife and I have enjoyed their friendship for years and look forward to enjoyable memories for years to come. We had the best buying and selling experience with Jason and the team at Current Dwelling Group! I can highly recommend him and his team! Jason helped us navigate the long complicated process of buying a new construction home. He attended weekly walk thrus and was extremely attentive to our needs/wants and communicated these to the builder/seller. He was a great advocate and problem solver for us. He then sold our house for more than asking in just five days in the slower real estate month of November! We truly appreciated his fantastic communication, responsiveness, strategizing, positive attitude, calm demeanor, and overall guidance throughout the whole process. He answered our questions patiently and explained the steps as we moved through the process. The concierge level service that he and the team provided was like no other. He arranged for and coordinated the staging, home energy score and repair contractors for us! We truly appreciated that as we were busy getting settled in our new home while selling our old home. He had a fantastic toolkit of recommended trades, from inspectors to house cleaners, stagers, plumbers, electricians and lawn service folks. Jason clearly loves what he does, is extremely knowledgeable and is great with people. That really shows in the level of service he provides. We got to know him quite well during the process. Jason will absolutely be our first call the next time we are ready to buy or sell!

I came across Veery by chance as a referral from another agent in Washington whom I had also found by chance. It was perhaps the luckiest thing that happened to us in our home search. As first time homebuyers we were totally new to the process. Veery explained everything, showed patience, shared links to all sorts of resources and data, and stood in our corner throughout. Her opinions during home showings were always professional. She coordinated and organized the results of all the inspections, repair quotes, and walkthroughs at record speed after providing us with options. Veery communicated clearly and concisely, and was a fair arbiter in both the purchase price and repair negotiations. Really, we couldn't have asked for a better agent. We also met with her partner, Jason, during our introductory meeting and for a round of home showings - he was great! The whole team was fabulous - closing the home was so efficient it was almost shocking how easy it was. Would absolutely hire Veery again and will recommend her and her team to all my Portland friends and family.
