ZillowVERIFIED When we bought our first house we crossed paths with Jason for a showing in Arlington. Months later when we finally purchased we had stumbled across a home and just used the sellers realtor. It was an ok experience. Fast forward three years later and here we are buying again. And again we cross paths with Jason at a showing. Taking this as a sign, we decided to stick with Jason through the process. What a world of difference! Like comparing McDonalds to your favorite 5 star steakhouse. Our first home we had some hurdles and the realtor tried to walk us through as best they could. Any hurdles we had the second time around Jason was doing his best to knock them down and get ahead of it. He handled everything we needed and more. I mean everything. I'm pretty sure a couple other prospective buyers of the house we wanted are buried out back by our creek and I didnt ask why Jason had a muddy shovel in the trunk because he gets the job done! Also, if he says he knows a guy who handles things, call that guy. He does indeed handle it. You cant go wrong with Jason!
