ReviewSelling our home in Dove Canyon felt overwhelming, especially with the market shifting and our timeline being tighter than we would have liked. Jasmine kept us grounded, gave us straight answers, and handled the heavy lifting so we weren't constantly stressed about what came next. She knows the area well and was always reachable when we had questions. I'd recommend her without hesitation.

Review Jasmine is an unbelievably, fantastic realtor. We had this home listed with an agent prior and it didnt sell. We found Jasmine online and met her. She is very professional and a very skilled negotiator. Shes a go- getter, and has great energy! We did a 1031 exchange and found her to be very knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate. We had a very smooth transaction for both. Its often challenging with a 1031 but she made the process so smooth and easy! We loved working with her and will use her services again and we highly recommend her.

Review Jasmine treated us like family from day one. She walked us through the entire process making sure we understood everything. She was amazing from start to finish! She was professional, took our calls at all hours, and when she couldnt get to the phone, she called us back promptly. Her knowledge was remarkable. My husband and I cant say enough. She really advocated for us. When we sell our other properties, we will definitely be going with her expertise.

Review Excellent experience. Jasmine expertly steered me through the process of buying into Laguna Woods and then helped me to rent out my place as well. The convoluted process was adroitly navigated by Jasmine and with her guidance I ended up with a great result. I couldn't be happier with her work. You won't be sorry

Review Jasmine was recommended by a friend to assist us with options on what was believed to be a difficult sale of a property that was in dire need of many repairs and thought to be well below market value. Our original plan was to refinance and spend one year working with the supply chain issues to remodel and upgrade the house. Jasmine worked with local investors interested in our property and worked tirelessly to negotiate a huge deal. We were able to go from offer to sale in about 30 days. Without her knowledge and contacts, we would not have been able to sell our house and would have lost the opportunity to buy our retirement home. She truly worked miracles for us, was always there to reassure us that the process was working, even when we thought the deal was never going to happen.

Review We could not of made a better decision then to work with Jasmine on finding a home in South Orange County after moving back to California. The housing market is so crazy competitive with very low inventory. Jasmine was lightening fast with all our requests, and with such a positive attitude and grace in all situations. She is a skilled negotiator with superb follow-through. Jasmine Sayeed is a true professional!

Review Jasmine Sayeed sold my home in a little over 30 days, quite a feat with the unsurmountable problems of the pandemic. Jasmine is a consummate professional who strives to make the real estate transaction run smoothly. Her knowledge and skills as a Realtor are unsurpassed. She is persistent and will endeavor to do her best in her representation for you. If it wasn't for Jasmine's expertise and ability to get things resolved quickly, I would not have the success of the sale. I highly recommend that you enlist Jasmine Sayeed to be your Realtor for she will finalize the transaction and give you more than 100% of her time to accomplish the task at hand.

Review Great sale experience. Jasmine represented us in the sale of our home. Please use her to sell your home. She was personable, informative and thorough. You will not get more service from an agent. She truly added a personal touch to the process.
