I'm quite fond of all of my transactions and the relationships I've built with my clients, but there is one transaction in particular that I closed in March of this year. The buyer found me from Tik-Tok and was relocating to GA from FL. This was the most challenging transaction of my career. We went through so many obstacles with the appraisal and repairs. Ultimately my buyer had to switch lenders and therefore closing was delayed. Once the buyer was able to close, she was full of so much gratitude and she sent me the most heartfelt tearful message thanking me and expressing how this closing could not have happened without me. This situation definitely brought us closer and we are friends.
I've always been interested in real estate. My great-grandfather was a licensed general contractor and owned multiple properties in the city so it was exciting visiting home sites with him as a child and learning from him.
