Our journey could have just ended there, but after mentioning a few things I wanted to do with the house she put me in contact with a painter and a carpet guy that gave me unreal prices because I knew her AND performed all the work that very same week! She is definitely one in a million and I cannot say enough about her. I highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home in the future!

ZillowVERIFIEDIn the late spring of 2022, my wife and son, and I were living in Fremont, and we began to take notice when the market started to cool and inflation was looming. It wasnt the most ideal time for us to consider moving to Lincoln, but we knew that if we didnt at least try, the interest rates might go so high that we would at some point not be able to afford a house in our price range. Boy did we get lucky in finding Jasmin, who incidentally helped my wife Sarah buy her first home years ago. Not only was she a straight shooter, but she understood the market factors involved, and was able to teach us how to understand the buying process and also to handle and manage our emotions to the process she had a thorough knowledge of the process of buying a home from the buyers perspective, and at every turn where it looked like we might not go through with it, she calmly and matter-of-factly explained the important things at hand, and, encouraged us to not give up and keep looking. The bottom line is, were it not for Jasmin and her intelligence and encouragement, we would not have bought a home, and we would probably have not bought the right one.
