Steve is, hands down, THE MOST knowledgeable realtor of La Grange, La Grange Park and the surrounding communities. I have never worked with a realtor so passionate and ingrained in his community. This genuine love of the community is showcased through volunteering his time generously to veterans, and and many charitable events. All of this adds up to Steve being an outstanding person in general, but his excitement about La Grange was the reason we chose this town over several others under consideration. We gave him our list of wants and he walked us through the good, the bad and the ugly so that we knew what to expect based on various areas and we were able to make the best decision for our family. Steve isnt afraid to be honest. He wants the sale (who wouldnt), but values the relationship above all else. I know he feels this way regarding both buyers and sellers which is not a quality all realtors have these days. Steve is, definitely, one of the good guys!

This was second time we used Steve Jasinski's team for our real estate purchase. Five years ago Steve helped us buy our home in West Lawn and when it came time to sell, he was the first person we contacted. Steve and his team were able to sell our house in a month and he also helped us find our new home in the Canaryville area of Chicago. Steve's knowledge of Chicago and surrounding area is what helped not only sell our house but is priceless when negotiating to buy. Selling and buying a home at the same time is stressfull but Steve is always there to answer our texts and calls, and his calm and professional demeanor kept us from stressing out too much.
