Jasen has over 14 years experience in the field of commercial real estate with an emphasis in the retail sector representing property owners/landlords in the leasing, acquisition and/or disposition of both income producing assets, value-add assets and re-development sites.

Jasen also is responsible for site selection and sales negotiations for Love's Travel Stops and Country Store completing transactions in Arizona, California and New Mexico.

Other assignments from Love's include: disposition of excess land and/or retail pad sites; rezoning assistance; speaker at board of adjusters, planning and zoning and city council meetings/hearings.
