During that first process through to this last one, Jarrod has been there for us and was so great to work with. He has a great demeanor for this job...he knows the area and what he is talking about...he worked our negotiations with our thoughts and interests in mind...and he was always there when I had a question for him. My then girlfriend is now my wife, and we are right where we want to be and living in our house where we will raise our 2 kids. We owe so much to Jarrod and the work he has done for us!!

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I were working with two other agents who were showing us homes but we have yet to sign a contract with anyone. After my husband told me to go see a home with him and Jarrod, we agreed that we should have Jarrod as our agent. Jarrod is very pleasant to work with - not pushy but very willing to answer questions. He shared with us comparable homes so we would have an idea whether houses seemed overpriced or if they are right around what some people paid for. He also explained to us the different routes we can go as far as financing. He also worked with our schedules whenever we want to see houses. We never felt like we were left hanging in the air because Jarrod always responded to our calls, texts, emails. We are thankful that we worked with Jarrod. Having him as our agent made our first home purchase way less stressful than we originally expected.
