Working with Jarriel Jordan was disappointing. While he is knowledgeable, his priorities seemed centered on making money & his next client rather than fully supporting us. Jarriel made us sign a contract before meeting him. And while he showed us three homes near each otheraEUR"which I found myself. He made us pay a $600 termination fee. Based on my experience, I would not recommend his services.

Jarriel made life easy. I had to sell my house in a rush. After we were able to slow down a little bit, he was able to put things in perspective and help us with the necessary upgrades and repairs that needed to be completed to make it able to go on the market. His communication was outstanding and kept his word on every time he was going to communicate with me through this process even when he didnt need to he accepted my phone calls and text at all hours of the day and night and responded if I ever need to buy or sell a house again I will definitely be going back to him
