BrightLeaf has an excellent real estate team that helped us secure our first property. BrightLeaf is a homebuilder and brokerage, so it was very helpful having a team who knows homes help us when buying ours. We felt confident in the purchase and were able to discuss potential projects with his team so we knew what we were getting into. On top of helping us search, Jarrett introduced us to our lender, attorney and inspector and the team made everything run smooth. Jarrett was by far the best realtor we have ever worked with! We relocated from out of town and he spent time in advance of our house buying visit talking through options on the phone and really listening to what we were looking for. He gave recommendations and also shared pros and cons with us on houses we brought forward.When we came in for the weekend to house shop, he showed us 12 houses in one day as well as showing us the various suburbs we were looking at. He was knowledgeable about all the communities. He helped us every step of the way and went above and beyond as we relocated. I cannot say enough about the great experience we had with Jarrett.

Jarrett was fantastic to work with. He is extremely smart, friendly, and was available whenever we needed him. Most importantly, Jarrett helped make what we thought might never happen, happen. We had been looking for a house (or vacant lot) to tear down and build a new SFH for about 6 months with no luck. Enter Jarrett, and all of that changed. Even with a pretty tight budget to work with, he found us a home on an extra wide lot in one of our ideal locations. After locating the home, Jarrett helped us negotiate a price well below list, and was with us every step of the way through the closing process. We cannot recommend Jarrett more highly.
