I am a second-generation REALTOR(R) and a Georgia native. My personality is warm and friendly with a little dry wit thrown in for good measure. As team leader of The Jarrett Martin Group at Corcoran Classic Living, a small but mighty assimilation of real estate professionals, my goal for our team to transform every aspect of your real estate experience. Our focus is residential real estate, investment properties, as well as unique or historic homes in the Greater Athens Area. With each real estate transaction, our Group donates 10% of our commission to a local non-profit organization of the Buyer or Seller's choice in honor of the opportunity to have worked together. We love first-time buyers and sellers just as much as seasoned ones, and we love helping folks find the home that best suits their needs, whether it be a new construction home, an old farm house, Midcentury Modern rambler, or luxury property! I graduated from The University of Georgia in 2016 with a B.S. in Housing Policy & Management which has further strengthened my real estate knowledge from the perspective of the consumer as well as government agencies created to protect them. Additionally, I serve on the Executive Boards of two local non-profit organizations, Historic Athens and Athens Pride. Community connections and involvement are very important to me. Athens, Georgia provides simple and easy living, though our city is acclaimed for its culture and endless activities for the young and old - the meek and bold. Whether attending a concert at the Georgia Theater, enjoying a glass of wine (or three) at one of Athens's many eateries, or simply taking a stroll at the State Botanical Gardens, life is so easily enjoyed in our fair city.
