ZillowVERIFIED Moved down from Ohio and met Jarran. He asked great questions to help narrow down our house search, and showed me and my wife great houses to chose from, and we found our home. Jarran helped every step of the way from initial negotiations, inspections, and closing. Very reliable, that is for sure.

ZillowVERIFIED Jarran was very helpful during the entire process of purchasing my first home. He was always willing to take me out to see even the most remote properties ranging literally from Kannapolis to Kings Mountain. Jarrran could always be reached for any questions and was very helpful in the negotiation process with giving a fair sense of what was reasonable to ask and what reasonable expectations should be. Jarran was able to provide local information pertinent to taxes and easements which were somewhat unusual with the house I ended up purchasing. I would recommend him again to anyone.

ZillowVERIFIED Jarran was very responsive to communication and never seemed to get frustrated with our unusual list of requirements. It was a long process to find the right home, but he was great through the whole thing.

ZillowVERIFIED Jarran is the best! I have worked with many Realtors in the past and I can honestly say - no one cares more than Jarran! He and his wife, Shannon, go above and beyond. I don't think "no" is part of their vocabulary. I couldn't have wished for better representation both as a buyer and a seller.
