Very unprofessional! He was the seller's agent and represented a property as a stick-built, but during the inspection, we found out it was a modular house. We did ask about it before the inspection, and he told us that it's a stick-built. This misrepresentation cost us time, money, and a lower credit score. Would not recommend him at all!!
