His daughter happened to be selling girl scout cookies in the neighborhood where we were renting. He shared ideas but never tried to convince us to do something we didn't want to do. He truly worked with us rather than trying to advance his own agenda. We relocated prior to the house being cleared out (via an estate sale) or listed for sale and Jared was around to make sure everything was taken care of. He arranged for some repair work, final cleaning of the house and removal of the few items left over after the estate sale and all were at a very reasonable price. He even went around and patched up a couple of places that needed it after decorations were removed from the walls. Then when the house was listed he organized the multiple offers we received so that we could easily compare them all and decide how we wanted to proceed. He was always there when I needed him. I asked him for a virtual tour of a couple of houses and conducted those tours in less than 24 hours. When this house became available on Sunday, Jared went to the house on a Sunday and gave the tour and we submitted the offer on Sunday night.
